SOLD

Acrylic and Copper Leaf on Canvas

Canvas Size is 50.8cm x 40.6cm x 3.8cm

This lusciously thick painting is an elegant riot of texture combining teal, turquoise and cool blues with rich coffee colours with little moments of blush and apricot in the delicate bush flowers.

Naomi Crowther's well known Poppy series is revisited in this original artwork 'Bushland Beauty’ which is painted using a palette knife and thick impasto paint to create 3D raised petals on the blooms. Copper leaf catches the light as you walk past, adding both colour and conversation to your space.

Naomi Crowther's studio is on the Far South Coast of NSW. She takes cues from cliff walks and observing local gardens and bushland plus her own studio plantings, as inspiration for this artwork.
